One question I am frequently asked is how I got into painting. Over the years, I began projects pertaining to web or game development. Although it used the creative part in me, it wasn’t enough for me. When the 2020 pandemic hit, I was stuck at home like everyone else. I was alone with my thoughts and my desire just took over. Creating works of abstract art always resonated with me. I was fascinated with the idea of a palette of vivid colors merging together to tell a story on canvas. Even though the passion was there, so was trepidation. My mother and her father were artists, drawing beautifully illustrated works. What if the talent didn’t transfer over? Self doubt prevented me from making an attempt. With encouragement and more time at home to leave no excuses, I made my first attempt at painting. I fell in love. The feeling was exhilarating. Motivation and coffee filled my veins and fired my soul. As a result, I churned out many works of art which can be viewed and purchased on this website.

A couple years, editing skills, some videos, a website and a  gorgeous studio built into my home later, I’m still here.

What encourages me is reading these inspirational quotes. Sure, it seems like a small thing but it makes a difference. The impact is seen in my motivation.

“Action is the foundational key to all success.” – Pablo Picasso

It’s accurate because setting small goals will lead to bigger goals. It will lead you to achieve objectives which is true for Project Infinity.

“Art should be something that liberates your soul.”Keith Haring.

Absolutely. Art sets me free.

“It doesn’t matter how the paint is put on, as long as something is said.” – Jackson Pollock

This is one of my favorite artists and he’s correct. As long as you express something meaningful, the art means something. Throw your soul on that canvas.
